Food was terrible, took a really long time to pickup, and the people are weird there and not all that friendly.

Overall, it's a great place to eat! They do deliver within a certain small radius and have a mixed ethnic staff, which is unique for a Chinese food restaurant. The food is delicious and there are deals and special offers each week! The only downer is that it is a little out of the way, even though it is on a main road. Great for sudden hungers to and from Augusta.

The food is amazing.... Been coming here for years with my family. I actually live in VA and whenever I come to visit I have to stop in. My 2 star review is from my experience today. I ordered a few large orders going off the menu prices and when I showed up it was triple the total to what I was expecting. Only to be told rudely “they changed their prices the day before” when they weren’t even open for 3 days before. I understand times are hard but as a committed customer there was no need to be rude or to overcharge us.

Better then most Chinese restaurants in the area and probably the best rice. Their crab rangoons are great and I suggest those. A bit heavy on sauce but that is typical of most americanized Chinese restaurants. A great place to get take out.

Slow and inaccurate but friendly service. Not very welcoming place I’m afraid. Food seems decent, at least what we ordered was good. Some staff looked bored, others overwhelmed. Overheard a number of complaints. Nothing crazy, just reminders for orders, tea instead of coffee, missing utensils and just really slow service. Currently no liquor license which doesn’t seem to be their fault. Location is good but the interior could use some serious updating.

This place is the best Chinese in the greater Augusta area. Blows away all the competition. Food is always hot and portion sizes are adequate. They upped their prices recently and I don't blame them one bit. Their food is worth it. If you can, order from Sun Sun over Canton Express. You'll never order from Canton again.

I paid for 90$ in food & got 2/3 of my order, what I got was good, but I didn't get everything

Come on residence of Randolph Maine the sun sun has new ownership and they need 128 signatures to restore their liquor license I give them a five-star if I were able to have a volcano Bowl or Tiki Bowl.

This is the second time they have gotten my order messed up! The first time I asked for onion free fried rice (my wife is highly alergic). They said they could do that. She ended up in the hospital because of their carelessness! It had onions! Tonight I ordered 2 D26. Sesame chicken. When it got to my house it's 2 D22! Pork😒! And she even read the order back to me and it was correct!😠 I'm done with sun sun! The food may be good but their customer relations suck! When I called and told them about the mix up all she said was "trying to run a business" and hung up! Never again!

Yummy and great prices! Just ate lunch there today. I had mixed vegetables with pork fried rice and crab rangoon. I couldn't believe how fresh, crisp and beautiful the mixed vegetables were. Nancy the waitress was wonderful.

I gave it a 4 because the young lady that waited on me was extremely pleasant and had more energy and customer service than anyone else there. The place is definitely not the same.

Quality of food is worth 5 stars. Quality of service is worth 1 at best. Was told to wait 15 minutes for my order, showed up and had to wait 25 more minutes once i got there, they left multiple items out of my order once i got home, called amd they said they were sorry and would deliver it for me, THEN called me back and told me THEY HAD TO CHARGE ME FOR DELIVERY AND THAT IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

Honestly, probably because of Covid, but i feel like they just reheated my meal.

Get a platter for 4 and pay 53$ ,end up getting a platter with 2 of almost everything.ALMOST.three chickens.feel like i lost so much money.thought I would be getting 4 of each item. Never get a receipt here.
